International Order of T. Roosevelt Launches Six-Figure Digital Campaign to Educate Hunters on Their Rights
Engaging hunters on their constitutional right to hunt in four states

[Scottsdale, AZ] – One of the nation’s longest-running conservation organizations announced it is elevating its fight for hunting rights to the next level. The International Order of T. Roosevelt (IOTR) is launching a six-figure digital advertising blitz to strategically reach hunters in four states, educating the public on their right to hunt.

“Our heritage is under attack. We are fighting to protect, preserve, and ensure open access to our wild lands,” said Luke Hilgemann, Executive Director for IOTR. “These ads will play a key role in educating American hunters about their rights. For too long, misguided politicians and activists have sought to trample on the rights of hunters, and the International Order of T. Roosevelt looks forward to standing ‘in the arena’ to protect the constitutional rights of hunters everywhere.”

The six-figure digital campaign launches this week in Iowa, Florida, Ohio, and South Dakota – all states that lack a “Right to Hunt” provision in their state’s constitutions. IOTR’s campaign will educate hunters on their rights and encourage their future involvement in standing up against anti-hunting forces. An example of the ads can be found below.

Formerly known as the Shikar Safari Club International Foundation, the newly rebranded International Order of T. Roosevelt is a hunting and conservation foundation focused on proactively protecting the rights of hunters and sustaining the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation. The ad campaign announcement follows news that the organization had hired Luke Hilgemann, former CEO of Americans for Prosperity.
